Refund policy

At Oddly Essential, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return: Email us at kingdommda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned.
